The Titus Story.
Build with Titus is a small family business based in rural South Auckland. It was established in 2020 by Timothy Faleatua (better known as Tim) who is a trade qualified and licensed builder.
Tim has been in construction for over 12 years and completed his apprenticeship through BCITO in 2018. After working for different building companies over the years, Tim knew that he loved building but he also wanted to be in a position to really take care of the people he was building for and ensure they got a great result.
Thus, Build with Titus was born out of a desire for
PEOPLE OVER PROFIT.
Tim has a broad range of experience from complex renovations, restorations and extensions to architectural new builds. His expertise in the industry combined with his love for people makes him a truly distinctive business owner.
The name Titus is a nod to a nickname given to Tim by his family - Timothy Titus. Titus means "Title of Honor" and we think it's fitting for a business whose aim is to honour their clients by providing transparency, reliability and a high level of service.
We believe that every client's project is unique and requires a tailored approach. We work alongside you to design and build something that reflects your individual requirements.
Tim is a BCITO qualified builder, a Licensed Building Practitioner and a member of Site Safe New Zealand. Build with Titus are also proud members of New Zealand Certified Builders and we offer our clients a Halo 10 Year Residential Guarantee.
